Open Session
All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings in Open Session, where homeowners are afforded the opportunity to address the Board on Association-related issues and learn about community projects. |

The Board of Directors meets quarterly in January, April, July, and October.
The meeting takes place on either the 3rd or 4th Wednesday. At each meeting, the Board will confirm the date of the next meeting (i.e., confirm if it will be the 3rd or 4th Wednesday). The date posted on the website is the confirmed date of the upcoming meeting. Thank you.
